Dear all, Does anyone routinely measure fluid triglycerides and cholesterol on Roche Cobas analyser? The kit insert states for serum and plasma only so we have previously rejected such requests but we have an ITU consultant who is querying a chylothorax in a patient with a NG tube and wants fluid triglyceride and cholesterol to be done. Any advice?
