Dear SPM experts and/or Christian Gaser I'm using the VBM8 toolbox in SPM8 to do the longitudinal processing, but there is one subject that always fails, itdoes not matter if I set the origin to the AC or to the center of mass, the images look fine. When the origin is set to the center of mass realigns bad de timepoint2, but when the origin is set to the AC realigns bad the timepoint1. Does is make any sense? Any help will be appreciated.
