Dear DCM experts
I would like to test a number of family partionings in DCM post-hoc.
In each set there are 2 families that differ in terms of the (bilinear) modulation of 4 connections (A-B; B-A; C-D; D-C).
My questions are:
1. How exactly do I define these families?
(I could not decipher it from the example in the post-hoc help. e.g. fun = inline('any(spm_vec(B(:,:,2))) + 1','A','B','C','D'))
2. I have 4 different sets of 2 families each. Is there a way to test all of them at the same time, or do I need to re-run the post-hoc procedure for each set?
