With apologies for cross posting.
The University of Kent supports the principles and objectives of open access and open science and is committed to making all forms of output from its research available, including research data, freely and accessibly
in ways that allow them to be used and re-used for the benefit of wider society. Information Services are active in the development of new services to support the academic community in the light of new national and University polices regarding Open Access
and Research Data Management and we now have an exciting new opportunity for an innovative and proactive individual to help the University of Kent develop these services further.
Working as part of the Information Services distributed research support team this role will harness expertise from across the University to analyse the needs of our researchers, our obligations, and our options
for future support services. Having defined our needs the post holder will create a framework for those services to develop.
This post is available for a fixed-term of 2 years, which will then be reviewed as University requirements develop and the services mature.
