For those who have not yet heard, Stuart Smith OBE, has passed away. Stuart is remembered for his management of the Ironbridge Gorge Museum, the UK's first industrial WHS, and lately as secretary of TICCIH (The International Council for the Conservation of Industrial Heritage). Many of us worked with Stuart over the years where he brought his considerable breadth of knowledge to the advancement of mining heritage for sustainable tourism.
