Good afternoon fellow librarians

Here at my library we have an archive of old document supply/inter-library loan request forms (with copyright declarations) dating back to 2007.  They take up quite a lot of space that could be usefully used for other purposes.  And of course it’s not a good idea to keep personal data without good cause. So I was wondering if we really need to keep 7 years’ worth of these forms.  How long do you keep such records at your library?  And does anybody know if there is any guidance on this matter?

Many thanks
