ALISS Visit to the Salvation Army International Heritage Centre 14 April 2-4.30pm ALISS (Association of Librarians and Information professionals in the Social Sciences). http://www.alissnet.org.uk are pleased to announce an opportunity to visit the Salvation Army International Heritage Centre This provides information on the history of the Salvation Army from earliest times. The visit will incorporate a tour of the reference library, archives and an opportunity to see the museum which covers the work of the Army in terms of its religious work, humanitarian aid in war and peace and its music.
