·         Keynote from Dr Dave O'Brien, City University London on the value of culture
·         'Coal Not Dole '-  Jemma Conway revealing the impact of the miners strike through partnership working at Experience Barnsley
·         'Bristol at Home'- Helen McConnell will share how MShed in Bristol have used social media to widen the impact of its social history collections
·         Maria Erskine from Nottingham City Museums and Galleries on their novel use of social history collections to reduce rates of smoking in the city
