Use the defaults, and the nonlinear option with the defaults.

Do you have any recommendations for the registration method? Linear 6 DOF from BOLD to individual structural, and Linear 12 DOF to standard space?  Thanks!

Hi Eugene,
Sorry about being back and forth. To do this group-level concat_ICA, I need to input multiple BOLD. You mean in the registration, I should first register to their corresponding T1, and then to standard space?

Thanks!

Zilong

Hi Stephen,
Thanks for the advice. I have further question about the dual-regression: when I am doing this group-level concat-ICA, what registration option should I choose? Only use the standard space?

No, you should use T1s, probably with nonlinear registration, if you have them,

Best,

Eugene
