Dear FLS users,

I have run temporal concatenation ICA. I have 32 subjects and in Registration tab  I set:

Main structural image: Normal search, 6 dof

Standard Space: Normal search, 12 dof

Nonlinear: warp resolution (mm) 10

Resampling resolution (mm) 0

I get this error:

FATAL ERROR ENCOUNTERED

Cannot open volume /home/fabbri/SLI_RS/Subject1/RS/RS_c_18pz-14cnt_NLR.ica/reg_standard/bg_image for reading!

    while executing

Effectively bg_image.nii.gz and standard.nii.gz are not present in the reg_standard directory for all subjects.

Why not? Any idea?
