Hi Vasilis -

Do you not simply have an activation image?

I'm not sure of the easiest way to convert a set of co-ordinates to an image - you may need something like Matlab?

Dear FSL experts,

I have some DTI along with fMRI data. I have followed the steps for white matter analysis and now I 'd like to combine this with the fMRI data that have been analyzed in BrainVoyager.
So, I have the .voi files from the fMRI analysis which consist of voxels' coordinates that are grouped in different activated regions (i.e. thalamus has 1200 voxels and the .voi includes 1200 coordinates for this, and so on for each region).
After converting them to the right template, I 'd like to create a solid ROI that includes these voxels and be as accurate as possible (so no rectangle or sphere shape ROIs). Is this possible to do in FSL and how?

Thanks in advance for your help,
Vasilis
