Hi FSL Experts,

I have ran FEAT analyses with pre-thresholded masks. 
I now want to determine the EVs that are associated with the BOLD activity at specific time points within this mask. 

I have read-up on the various functions in FSLUtils and have narrowed down the one I probably need to either FSLROI or FSLMEANts.  However, based on the brief descriptions, I am not sure which of the 2 I should use.  Please help.
