Dear all,

I'm running a behavioral analysis following the TBSS protocol and after randomise, the results are that for the tstat1 all the voxels of the skeleton shows differences, but for the tstat2 all the voxels are equal.

I don't know how to interpret this? or if I did something wrong during the analysis.

This is the randomise instruction:

randomise -i all_FA_skeletonised_KOHET.nii.gz -o KOvsHET_tbss_SID -m mean_FA_skeleton_mask_KOHET.nii.gz -d KOvsHET.mat -t KOvsHET.con --T2 -n 5000 -x -v 3
