Dear FSL experts, if I do bias field correction (using the fsl_anat script) of the anatomical scan, I expect that it's harder to coregister the uncorrected functional data. Is it better to turn off bias field correction when the functional are not corrected? Or is there a way to do the field correction for functional data (without field map)? (We are using multiband and multiecho sequences, 32 channel, ...) Thanks, Matthias
