Hello All,

I hadn't noticed the strange dimension variable in the header. I solved the
problem by manually editing the header dimension to 3 instead of 5. Still
unsure how the dimension got changed to 5, however I think it may have
something to do with Chris Rorden's dcm2nii conversion from the native .ima
DICOM format.
