We did the update yesterday morning and ran the exams okay late afternoon. Our IT said the “fix” was like a new install. The AAT icon is now green.

Yes, AAT carried out some sort of upgrade over Easter but failed to say that we would have to do a re-build on the machines before the platform would work again

Is anyone else having issues with the AAT secure client platform, since we have returned form the Easter break? The message that comes up preventing our students from taking the exam is ‘invalid updates’ but the AAT updates the support centre have sent us are not working L
