Then the year before last they had to find something wrong – so they said we also needed metal locking bars on the cabinets. We went to a local locksmith who made ours up and fitted them – see attached. regards Sue Brennan Examinations Officer Hertford Regional College Ware Campus Scotts Road Ware Herts SG12 9JF Tel: 01992411985 [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> www.hrc.ac.uk<%20www.hrc.ac.uk%20> [cid:image001.png@01CF530D.47D3B210] From: The FE Exams Network mailing list [mailto:[log in to unmask]]<mailto:[mailto:[log in to unmask]]> On Behalf Of Bothamley, Rachel Sent: 07 April 2014 15:57 To: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> Subject: Exams Metal Cabinets Hi All, I new secure storage has been inspected today, he is happy with the actual cupboard but not the metal cabinets we keep the examination papers in. I am appealing to JCQ but if you have a metal cabinet do you also have a full length external locking bar? This is what we have failed on, even though in the past our metal cabinets have been acceptable. Interested to know what every one else has really in case I need to do a manic buy of either new cabinets or find some locking bars! Roll on Friday!
