Well, I’m not going to say it’s the only issue (!) but it is likely a big issue.

My 15N-noesy-hsqc is also extremely slow at inc/dec contours or changing the zoom or planes. So you think nmr pipe is the issue ?

OK, I would recommend converting from NmrPipe to another format (e.g UCSF) because NmrPipe files are not “blocked" so are very slow to load off disk in the orthogonal dimensions.

Hello,
They are not over a Gb, the file format is NmrPipe, I'm looking at all three dimensions, I use OSX (10.9.2), and I have the latest version of analysis (2.4 I believe).

Hope this helps,
Alexandra

Hello,

Are they large files (e.g. 1 Gb or bigger)?  What is the format of the files (e.g NmrPipe?)?  Are you looking at planes in the first two dimensions of the spectra or is at least one of x, y the orthogonal dimension?  Is this on Windows or Linux or OSX?  It’s possible you are hitting some bug but more likely it’s one of these issues that will be the clue.

Hello,

Every time I try to view my HCCH-COSY and HCCH-TOCSY analysis freezes and I have to quit the program. I have not yet been able to successfully view them in a window. Any ideas on why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Thanks!
