In particular, the Centre seeks to - undertake high quality research, preferably from an interdisciplinary perspective, on topics of major importance in the field of EU-China relations; - publish the research results with well-known publishing houses and in reputed academic journals; - develop cooperation and exchanges with universities and scholars who are specialised in EU-China studies; - organise conferences, mainly in Bruges and Brussels; and - host visiting scholars working on EU-China relations.
