Hello All

HistoryLabPlus are organising an event at the University of Leicester on Saturday, April 26 2014.  We are still looking for a couple more participants to take part in a round table on 'History, Heritage and the Media', and to provide the perspective of an archivist:

A reminder that Shropshire Archives is now closed until Tuesday 15 April.

This closure period will allow staff to work on a planned move of archives and records to a refurbished store, and to complete essential staff training following a restructure.

The service will reopen with new opening hours on Wednesday 16 April.  These new hours will be finally confirmed at a decision making meeting on Monday 7 April.

We will continue to respond to enquiries to [log in to unmask] and tel 01743 255350

Please pass this on to your customers.
