New accounts emerge of Charge of the Light Brigade - Telegraph
The letters were written by soldiers to their family and friends back in Britain. In most cases, the recipients passed them on to their local newspapers to be published, and they have been found in a series of archives by Anthony Dawson, an historian of the Crimean War, who has reproduced them in book out later this year, Letter from the Light Brigade.
