Dear SPMers, In a 2-session design with two conditions (A and B) I can compute the contrast [0.5 0 0.5 0] to test the single effect of A. Should I adjust the contrast for the number of sessions if I also test for differences between conditions? For example [0.5 -0.5 0.5 -0.5] instead of [1 -1 1 -1], or is adjusting only necessary when testing single effects? Thank you in advance, AJ
