Dear SPMers, How serious a problem is to concatenate different fMRI sessions into a single session and use an extra regressor to account for the different sessions? I'm asking this because I have seen many people advising against concatenation but in the PPI section of the SPM manual the sessions have been concatenated to simplify the analysis... Thank you, AJ
