We are trying to do multiple regression longitudinal analysis on SPM12b what the paper reviewer said.I downloaded SPM12b and look at the multiple regression 2nd level analysis  and,maybe I am missing something, I could not see any difference between SPM8 and SPM12b for that. I just want to ask if we can do this analysis on SPM12b, can we do this kind of analysis on SPM8 too?What exactly is the difference between SMP8 and SPM12b for multiple regression longitudinal analysis?

Any help will be very much appreciated.
