Hi Natalia,

You can use MarsBar for this:

Put it in your spm#/toolbox/ dir

Start marsbar.

From the first dropdown menu select transform, add your two ROIs;

Command for combining ROIs: r1 | r2

This adds all voxels in ROI1 and all voxels in ROI2 into your combined ROI.
