I wish to ask a question on coordinates transformation. If I have a set of locations as Nx3 array, indicating 3-D coordinates in a template brain space, how can I find their correspondent locations in individual subject's brain space? If I have done normalisation in spm8, I would have 3 related matrix: VG, VF, and Affine, which I guess may help. However, I am not quite sure on what 'Affine' means. Further, is there better way than by multiplying a matrix? Thanks in advance!
