Dear Helmut,

thanks for reporting this. This can be fixed by editing spm_reslice.m at
line 257 and add:
  PO.n        = [1 1];
This bug fix will be available in the next update of SPM12b.

I would anyway recommend to use "3D to 4D File Conversion" to remove
unwanted frames within a 4D volume before processing the data.
