Interesting. Well, the bit that I understand.

Not sure how this applies to the tweaking I do of biographical entries on the basis of paid work done in a different context.

Looking at that page, it seems be heavily influenced by US law. I know that the US likes to think that its law should apply anywhere and everywhere, but I wasn't aware that this had become a reality.
