I attach a useful doc from IOSH, they would view it as remote working and there is a handy check list at the end for assessment.

Dear List,

Can any of my learned colleagues advise if they (or their organisation’s risk assessments) define those who work from home as lone workers, and if so, what controls or SSOW do you have in place for such risks. Do you include any health assessment element?

What about sales force? Is the approach any different?
