Would anyone be able to advise me regarding hand washing products that would be suitable for a theatre scrub nurse to use.  The nurse has recently been diagnosed with psoriasis all over her body.  It’s getting better but she’s still under specialist care, no known cause, feeling fine and at work, skin is intact and non-flaky but she’s still crimson.  Her dermatologist has advised she can use betadine but this seems to flaring her skin on her forearms and hands.

 

Any advice anyone, apart from the obvious – no scrub duties.
