We are hiring! Acellera, in collaboration with Dr Gianni de Fabritiis, group leader at the Computational Biophysics Laboratory of the Research Programme on Biomedical Informatics within the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park, is looking for two candidates (more information here: www.acellera.com/careers/): - PhD candidate: Acellera, is funding a PhD candidate to work in Dr. de Fabritiis group in University Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain). Optimal backgrounds include physics, maths, computer science, but we are really looking for somebody with an exceptional talent for computers that loves algorithms, programming and it is capable to develop complex methods on computers. A previous knowledge of GPUs is beneficial. Good knowledge of C, C++. The PhD project will be focused in the developing of new tools for large scale simulations and analysis. - Senior Candidate: In the context of a TECNIOSPRING call, we are looking a senior candidate to present a project entitled "Developing and aplying tools for computational chemistry of interest for pharma companies" within the group of Dr. de Fabritiis at Pompeu Fabra University.
