Afternoon All,

Just a quick search query - it's driving me a little mad today -and I'm not sure I'm hitting the right terms ...
I'm looking for information about how to implement your own internal award system or accreditation process within an acute Trust.
Basically looking at awards recognising where general wards/non specialist staff have improved their quality of care and reached certain targets or benchmarks - looking for info on how to implement this sort of scheme - preferably in end of life care.
Has anyone ever searched for anything like this and/or got any ideas for good search terms?
I'd appreciate any suggestions...

Many Thanks,
Lisa
