Dear all
We look forward to seeing many of you at this year’s ALDinHE conference. For those that can attend, we are pleased to announce that we can accommodate some additional posters in our conference space in Huddersfield.  So whether you are presenting a session or simply attending as a delegate, it's not too late to take this opportunity to tell the world about your development projects, research or any other  interesting initiatives in the field of learning development.

Conference posters are a great way to share your ideas, get feedback and even identify potential future project partners.  And if that isn't enough incentive, then I'm happy to report that, following on from the success of last year, we are able to offer prizes - worth £ 100, £60 and £40 in Amazon vouchers - details and judging criteria at the end of this email.

If you would like to bring a poster, please email  Gillian Byrne ý[[log in to unmask]]ý  with a brief description of the topic (maximum 100 words) by March 21st. This will be included online and in the delegate packs to encourage visitors to your display. We would also like an electronic copy of your poster sent to [log in to unmask] in advance of the conference to upload to the website.

Poster prize details:
To be eligible, your poster must be displayed at the conference by the lunchtime on Tuesday 15th April; we will announce the winners at the closing plenary on Wednesday. The judging criteria will include:

* Relevance to learning development and conference delegates

* Visual impact: does the design attract the viewer's attention and contribute to the meaning?

* Visual and textual clarity: does it convey key information effectively and are the take-home messages clear?

* Overall quality of presentation

Best wishes,
