Dear All
'Polish Londoners: Exploring Community Heritage' is a one-day conference which will highlight different aspects of Polish immigration to London, both in its historic and current context. Presentations from a range of speakers will be complimented by a viewing of archival documents and a screening of some more recent videos on Polish Londoners.
The presentations will explore how the Polish heritage is reflected in London's archival collections, and how it can be recorded and celebrated today. The day will finish with a performance by a London-based art collective, Polish Artists in London (www.pail.org.uk<http://www.pail.org.uk>).
