Alas, one of the major deficiencies of the Web is the lack of a comprehensive historical armorial. The two most likely sources would be the International Register of Arms, run by Burke's peerage : http://www.armorial-register.com/index.html or, more likely, the College of Arms, who are the body who officially grant arms in the UK.
