Hi Supreet,With the dtifit from FDT, you can get the L1, L2, L3.Then, L1 is the Axial Diffusivity (AD), and (L2+L3)/2 is the Radial Diffusivity (RD).You can use fslmaths to calculate the RD.Hope this helps.Best!Xiangzhen
