Hi I used psychophysiological interaction (PPI) to see the group difference of connectivity between control group and patient group. The EV is Condition A minus Condition B, so I am trying to see which group has higher connectivity in Condition A relative to Condition B. I got some significant regions showing the group difference. Now I am trying to correlate this connectivity difference between conditions with behavioural scale. For instance, to make a graph with Y axis= connectivity difference of condition A relative to condition B, and X axis= behavioural scale. In my great directory, there is a cope.feat directory of "conditionA minus conditionB". But I am not sure how can I do the correlation analysis? Thanks so much.
