Dear FSL group, We want to reshape seed-based RS connectivity maps into one dimensional vectors, in order to calculate Pearson correlation coefficients between vectors in SPSS (for quantifying spatial similarity between connectivity maps). However, we are wondering which FSL utility and which options we should use for this purpose? Any assistance would be more than welcome! All the best, Mark
