Kind Regards Matthew Dear FSL expert: I would like to use /fsl-5.0.4/data/atlases/JHU/JHU-ICBM-labels-1mm.nii.gz. It contains 48 regions. My understanding is that the /fsl-5.0.4/data/atlases/JHU-labels.xml contains the labels for these regions. Based on the FSL webpage (http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/Atlases): "In the ICBM-DTI-81 white-matter labels atlas, 50 white matter tract labels were created by hand ." Could someone explain the difference on the number of regions? Thank you. David ----------------------------------------------------------------- David C.
