Dear FSL experts,

I am starting to use FSL and I have already installed FSL 4.1.9 (according to Synaptic) in my Ubuntu 12.10 quantal.

I was trying to update my fsl to 5.0.6 version, but but when I type 

sudo apt-get install fsl (as suggested in http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FslInstallation/Patches)

it returns:

Reading package lists... Done

Building dependency tree       

Reading state information... Done

fsl is already the newest version.

The following package was automatically installed and is no longer required:

  linux-headers-3.5.0-17

Use 'apt-get autoremove' to remove it.

0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1 not upgraded.

1) Is FSL 5.0.6 only available for linux 13.10?

If not:

2) Should I update my linux to 13.10?

3) Should I update my FSL to 5.0.6?
