Morning everyone,

 

Hope you all enjoyed your weekend.

 

I am attempting with SLT to get my staff placed under a salary review, as I feel what they are paid is ridiculous.

 

Would any of you be willing to share the following information:

 

Salary/Grade of your staff

How many members of staff are part of your exams team

Do they work full year, + days or term time.

 

I would love to hear from as many people as possible, but particularly those in sixth forms, or alternatively in and around the north west of England.  Having said that any evidence I can provide would be beneficial I’m sure.
