We are delighted to announce that the response to the call for papers for the 9th European Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship - ECIE 2014 being held at the University of Ulster Belfast, UK on the 18-19 September 2014 has been excellent. However due to a number of requests for extensions, we are keeping the call open until the 14th of March 2014.

Academic research, case studies and work-in-progress/posters are welcomed approaches. PhD Research, proposals for roundtable discussions, non-academic contributions and product demonstrations based on the main themes are also invited. Please feel free to circulate this message to any colleagues or contacts you think may be interested.
There are a number of publication opportunities available. For example: Papers accepted for the conference will be published in the conference proceedings (indexed in the WOS and by Scopus), subject to author registration and payment. Selected papers that have been presented at the conference will also be considered for a special issue of the International Journal of Innovation and Regional Development and the International Journal of Technology Marketing, journals published by Inderscience. In addition selected papers will also be considered for a special issue of the Journal of Entrepreneurship, Management and Innovation (JEMI).
