The Digital Curation Centre (DCC) is delighted to announce we will host a one-day workshop on May 8th in Glasgow to help UK HEIs to assess their readiness to comply with EPSRC policy framework on research data.

The workshop will be split into two main sessions. The first session will provide a summary of the recent EPSRC survey results from Ben Ryan, EPSRC and will provide some brief case studies showcasing some examples of activity currently underway. After lunch, the workshop will continue with a practical session to help participants benchmark their institutional progress towards EPSRC compliance using the DCC's Collaborative Assessment of Research Data Infrastructure and Objectives (CARDIO) tool.

The workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to hear about current good practice from peer institutions, share experiences and lessons learned in developing, implementing and sustaining research data management and sharing infrastructure and support services and an opportunity to benchmark progress towards compliance with EPSRC's Policy Framework on Research Data.

Who should attend: library staff, research administrators, senior management, researchers, policy makers.
