Dear all,

I'm a phd student looking for some helpful pointers on how to discuss data that doesn't "fit". Whether this be because it comes under a minority code or it sits outside of whatever agenda a researcher takes to data. I know this is a vague request but I would be grateful of some direction on where to go with examples of ethnographic data that contradicts the story I (want to) tell. It's for a piece on unused data and time given over by participants and how this is an issue of research ethics.

In hope,

Mark
