Hi Jane,

Psychtoolbox contains some handy functions for interfacing the Eyelink, which are documented here: http://psychtoolbox.org/eyelinktoolbox

You'll get the gaze position and pupil size time-series out as field of a struct that you can analyse in Matlab straight away.

Hope this helps,
Ben

Subject: Eye-tracking data analysis software?

Dear All,

I am about to run an fMRI experiment with eye tracking and am looking for advice on data analysis. Can any groups who are/have been collecting eye-tracking data during scanning recommend which software to use for analysis of Eyelink data?

Many thanks in advance,

Jane
