Dear colleagues Here is a short reminder that the submission of abstracts for the IREC 2014 and ESA RN17 midterm conference is still possible. The deadline for submission has been extended for an extra two weeks, i.e. the new deadline is 14 April 2014. The conference is organised jointly with the Research Network on Work, Employment and Industrial Relations (RN nr. 17) of the European Sociological Association (ESA) and will take place at Eurofound in Dublin from 10 to 12 September 2014. The general theme of the conference is "The future of the European Social Model - New perspectives for industrial relations, social and employment policy in Europe?" Papers may be theoretical and/or empirical (using qualitative or quantitative methods). As in previous IREC and ESA RN 17 conferences European comparative research papers are especially welcome.
