I would be interested to receive information from other users on how the assay is performing at present

 

I currently have significant concerns that the assay is not performing to specification and may not be suitable for designation as a contemporary troponin assay according to the Apple criteria. This is a worry as previously it was a borderline “sensitive” assay.

 

It would also appear that the current performance means it may not be suitable for rapid ED rule out of chest pain
