This can only apply to critical results - i.e. the ones that need urgent
attention, so mildly abnormal results are not a critical problem and are
reported by computer, It is only rare that results are critical to phone
- and this usually happens at night when the DDS don't want to take the
information...

Has anyone attempted to measure this and if so how?
