Dear SPM experts, I am doing batch script processing with SPM to corregister a set of PET and MR images of >100 patients. I have managed to automatically reset the origin of coordinates (using the Reset option in the SPM display menu) of all the images within the script, and everything seems to work perfectly. However, I have been told that it is a common practice to manually set the origin to the anterior commissure. Before doing that manually to more than 200 images, I would like to be sure that it is absolutely required in any kind of publication. Thanks a lot!
