Dear SPM experts, I want to run a flexible factorial analysis on an event-related fMRI task. I have 3 groups and I would like to co-vary for age, gender and current mood state. I can see that there is an ANCOVA option but the text to accompany the function states that this option is not for fMRI data. Does this mean that it is not possible to do the equivalent of an SPSS ANCOVA in SPM or is it legit to select 'no' for ANCOVA and still proceed with adding the covariates by adding to the 'vectors" and 'names' options?
